When I first started my therapy with Jeremy I truly believed i was a lost cause I had so much self hate and believed anything I did was not good enough or the bear minimum I was Intradused to ACT and I have made so much progress i have learnt to let my self experience the negative and recognise and remind myself I know this feeling and to just ride the wave not letting myself drown I have learnt to be proud of the small things and to stop expecting me to achieve goals that were to high to reach and to take small steps and execpt praise I can now feel hopeful and be excited for what tomorrow may bring things I truly believed were completely unobtainable for me ~ Quinton W
